We are looking for a service and solution oriented Technical Specialist to join our customer success team. This interesting role provides a diverse combination of technical customer support, server and system maintenance as well as other supporting tasks. You would be working closely with our customer support and service operations.
Your primary daily work evolves around solving customer issues, maintaining servers that run our customer environments and installing and updating our software in customer environments. Ideally, you are also motivated by developing and improving our deployment practices, customer support processes and finding better ways of operating.
We are a small and flexible team so it is also possible to get involved in other activities depending on your skills, knowledge and interests. This position is also suitable for students.
Working hours for this position can be agreed quite flexibly but preferably you would be able to work for at least 2-3 days per week during regular office ours. While most of us work remotely these days, we prefer meeting each other at the office on regular basis when the situation allows.
Prerequisites and qualities
This position is best suited for someone with already some knowledge or experience from Linux servers and server deployment, Docker, databases, REST API and/or technical customer support. Scripting skills can be a further advantage in this position.
You don’t have to master all the above-mentioned things, but some relevant previous experience will help to get you started. In addition, our ideal candidate could be described with following characteristics:

For direct customer communication, it is preferable that you can communicate well in Finnish.
